Welcome to Jason's Mobile Decal! We're your go-to mobile service for premium vehicle decals, custom wraps, graphics, and more—delivered right to you in Modesto, California, and surrounding areas. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (jasonsmobiledecal.com), services, mobile decal installations, consultations, and any related communications, including SMS/text messaging via GoHighLevel. By accessing our site, placing an order, scheduling an appointment, or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We comply with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and A2P 10DLC requirements for SMS through GoHighLevel.
1. Use of Our Services
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited uses include:
- Violating any law or regulation.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights.
- Transmitting harmful code, spam, or unsolicited messages.
- Interfering with our site or services.
Our services are for individuals 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly provide services to minors.
2. Orders and Appointments
- Quotes and Orders: All quotes are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, design complexity, materials, or additional requests. We will confirm final pricing before work begins.
- Deposits and Payments: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure materials and scheduling. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, cash, or approved payment methods.
- Scheduling: Appointments are subject to availability. We aim for mobile service at your location, but weather, vehicle access, or unforeseen issues may require rescheduling.
- Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or material shortages.
3. Installation and Quality
- We use high-quality vinyl and materials with professional application techniques.
- Durability varies by material, exposure, and care. Typical warranties: 3–7 years against fading, cracking, or peeling (excludes damage from accidents, improper cleaning, or modifications).
- Minor imperfections may occur due to vehicle surface conditions. We inspect vehicles pre-installation and note any issues.
- Post-installation care instructions will be provided. Failure to follow may void any warranty.
4. Intellectual Property
- Designs created by us remain our property until full payment. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license for personal use on the specified vehicle(s).
- You grant us a license to use photos of completed work for marketing (e.g., portfolio, social media) unless you opt out in writing.
- All site content (logos, text, images) is owned by us or licensed. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Program
- Consent: You must provide express written consent to receive texts (e.g., via opt-in checkbox or form). Consent is not required to purchase goods/services.
- Message Types: This campaign will send out appointment reminders, booking confirmation support, and informational SMS etc. from Jason's Mobile Decal. Additionally, we will send out marketing and promotional messages related to offers, promotions, and discounts etc. Frequency varies (e.g., 4–8 per month).
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will confirm and stop texts (excluding one final confirmation). You may also email [email protected] or call (209) 492-0127.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.

- Carrier Support: Delivery not guaranteed; supported on major U.S. carriers. We are not liable for delays or failures.
- Compliance: We follow TCPA, CTIA, and A2P 10DLC rules. You agree not to use our services for spam or unlawful purposes.
6. Payments and Refunds
- All sales are final unless defective materials or workmanship issues arise (reported within 7 days).
- Refunds for custom work are limited; deposits are generally non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for third-party payment processor issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
- We disclaim warranties beyond those expressly stated (e.g., no implied warranty of merchantability for custom applications on varied surfaces).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of services, inaccurate information provided, or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in Modesto, California courts or through binding arbitration if required. No class actions.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
